Shipping Policy
Printed on Demand
Our books are printed after you order, then shipped directly to you. Because each copy is made just for you, please allow time for printing and delivery. Other made-to-order items (spiral journals, flashcard sets, and photobooks) are made to order and ship separately.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. This includes printing time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping & handling is calculated at checkout based on the number of books in your order and covers printing-to-door packaging, handling, and delivery. All print orders ship by trackable mail, and you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Digital Downloads
Digital products, such as audiobooks, have no shipping charge and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Order Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can’t change it once printing begins. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us at robin@ladyrobinsmith.com. If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
